By using Waqfly (the "Platform"), operated by MK Studio USA, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

Waqfly is a free platform that lets masjids self-register and manage a public page — prayer times, events, donations, photos, and a TV display — and lets visitors browse masjid information. Waqfly is free for masjids to use; there is no paid tier.

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering a masjid or an account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that violate these Terms.

• New masjid registrations are reviewed before appearing publicly, to catch duplicates and obviously false listings.
• Masjid admins are responsible for the accuracy of the prayer times, events, and other content they publish. Waqfly provides calculation tools but does not guarantee the accuracy of any specific masjid's published times.
• Content must not be false, defamatory, or violate others' rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
• Only rejected masjid listings can be permanently deleted from the platform; approved listings can be deactivated on request.

• Donations made to a specific masjid through the Platform are processed by that masjid's own connected Stripe or Square account — funds go directly to the masjid, not through a Waqfly-held account.
• Waqfly is not a party to the transaction between a donor and a masjid, and is not responsible for how a masjid uses donated funds.
• Donations to "Support Waqfly" fund the platform's own hosting and development costs.
• All donations are processed by third-party payment processors (Stripe, Square) subject to their own terms.
• Donations are generally non-refundable; refund requests should be directed to the receiving masjid or, for platform donations, to us.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Impersonate a masjid you're not authorized to represent, or submit false claim requests.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share.

The Platform, including prayer time calculations, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Prayer times are calculated using standard astronomical methods and may differ slightly from other sources — masjids and worshippers should verify times important to them independently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waqfly and MK Studio USA are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
